Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ardent Soul Photography. If you’re not entirely satisfied with you’re purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of digital photography and the ability to view all images on our website prior to purchase, Ardent Soul Photography does not offer refunds on photographic prints. We endeavour to print all images to match the colours displayed online. However, due to differences in monitors or device displays, some colours may appear altered after printing. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Change of Heart

Some products sold by Ardent Soul Photography are made to order, unfortunately we do not offer exchange on these due to change of heart.

Returns and exchange options are only applicable on our standard print range at our sole discretion.

No returns or exchanges will be offered for ‘specialty’ made to order products where artwork has been made to order according to your choice of size and frame. This includes commissioned works or specialty items including custom sizing and framing.

Damaged Goods

If you product is damaged upon delivery, please contact Ardent Soul Photography and send photographs of damage to:

Once proof of damage has been received, we will endeavour to send a replacement. If we are unable to provide a new replacement, Ardent Soul Photography has the option to offer a full or partial refund dependant on the amount of damage to the product.

Where a replacement is available, and the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the initial & return delivery cost.

If your product arrives with clear or noticeable damage to the packaging, please take photographic evidence and bring it to the attention of the courier driver, ensuring that it is noted on the proof of delivery.

Ardent Soul Photography reserves sole discretion to determine whether the goods are faulty or damaged in accordance with this policy.

Ardent Soul Photography may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred by us if the product is found to be in good working order.
